How does key delivery work?
Choose a plan, enter your email, and send the invoice amount in BTC to the address shown at checkout. Once an operator confirms the transaction on-chain, your key is emailed to you — most orders complete within a few hours.
What is included with a license?
Full access to both the browser dashboard and the native desktop client, along with all updates released during the term of your plan. There are no feature tiers gated behind higher pricing.
Why is checkout Bitcoin-only?
Bitcoin lets us operate without a card processor gate-keeping the product and eliminates chargeback fraud. Any standard BTC wallet works — the address is displayed on the checkout page.
What if my transaction hasn't been confirmed yet?
Include your transaction ID in the checkout form to help our team locate the payment quickly. If anything looks unusual, an operator will reach out to the email on your order.
What is the refund policy?
Because licenses are delivered digitally and are non-transferable, they are non-refundable once issued. If a key fails to activate on our side, contact support in Discord and we will resolve it.
Do lifetime licenses cover future updates?
Yes. Lifetime members receive every future build. Simply re-authenticate the desktop or web client after each update using the same key.
